Lavender olive oil is bursting with iconic Provence flavors. Known for its stunning color, lavender also has an intensely fresh and bitter taste, with notes of rosemary, vanilla, camphor and bergamot. 

This oil is great with meats: rack of lamb, beef skewer with soy, even duck breast with honey. The freshness of the lavender pairs nicely with roasted cod, Provençal flatbread or a warm goat’s cheese salad.
It’s also the perfect finishing touch for a lot of desserts. It tastes great with apricot tart, vanilla ice cream or with a simple bowl of strawberries.  It also complements chocolate dishes: bitter cocoa sorbet, chocolate fondant or a creamy dark chocolate mousse.
