This delightful orange pendant necklace was developed by Michael Michaud in collaboration with the Victoria & Albert (V&A) Museum in London.
It was inspired by the V&A’s Green Dining Room—the world’s first museum cafe—and its fruit panels, which were designed by William Morris’ firm Morris, Marshall, Faulkner & Co. in 1886. Morris was a significant influence on the Arts and Crafts movement, which adopted many of his ideals on the value of handcraftsmanship. This necklace beautifully captures the spirit of the V&A and Morris’ great works.
