A lightweight beautifully designed backpack custom made for The Huntington based on William Morris's Golden Lily, held in The Huntington's Art Collections. 

 

This handy backpack folds up into a  5 x 4 ½ x 2”zippered parcel and can be thrown into your purse for use when grocery shopping, heading to the farmers market, or on a hiking trip. 
William Morris, a leading figure of the Arts and Crafts movement, was known for his wonderfully patterned designs based on his observations of nature.

About Golden Lily: Designed by John Henry Dearle (British, 1860-1932). Made by Morris and Company (British, 1861-1940). Watercolor and graphite on paper.
