This beautiful bookmark is a reproduction of the centerpiece of an organ screen by artist Sargent Claude Johnson (American, 1888–1967). Produced by the artist between 1933 and 1934, this intricate artwork was carved from redwood, then gilded and painted to create the stunning finished piece.
